Apollo 13: The Lost Tapes VR ^VR

As a CIA agent your first day, you are given access to classified documents by an unknown source who has hacked the power grid. What you uncover is the true story of the Apollo 13 mission, through a series of tapes recorded by the mission’s commander:

The rest of the world believes the false narrative... That Apollo 13 was a moon exploration mission with a "technical glitch" involving a faulty oxygen tank, keeping the crew in a fight for their lives while they work to get home. But these tapes, containing the shoulder mounted camera footage from the real Apollo 13 mission, prove that this was all a lie. We have been on the moon for decades, constructing a scientific base in preparation for a top secret time travel mission 200 years into the future, to the planned military and research outpost on Mars in the year 2170. Should anything go wrong, the public is already prepped for a simple explanation, that the crew did not come home because of the "technical glitch" during the mission.

They successfully opened a portal to the future… But they also opened a doorway to dimensions of unfathomable horror…
